Job Summary
Field Service Specialist role focused on ensuring first-class service and optimal functionality of technical solutions for clients. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Sensormatic solutions. The candidate will also conduct service and maintenance, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and engage in proactive collaboration with teams. Required qualifications include a completed technical education, relevant experience in installation and service, and strong customer orientation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektroniker, IT-Systemtechniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrung in Installation, Service oder technischer Außendiensttätigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu managen
- Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst
- Führerschein Klasse B
