Job Summary
Conduct on-site commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps for end customers, heating plants, and plant operators. Provide service-oriented consultation to heating plant operators via phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction. Support colleagues in the technical field service within your expanded area of operation and manage the on-call duty to assist customers promptly. This role drives sustainable energy solutions in the Rostock region, combining technical expertise with a focus on customer service and reliable energy delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder Elektriker / Elektroinstallateur
- Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, z.B. in der Heiztechnik, Kältetechnik oder Klima- und Lüftungstechnik
- Im Besitz des Kältescheins Kategorie 1
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
