Job Summary
Conduct in-service installations and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and facility operators across the Eifel region. Provide service-oriented consultation to heating plant operators via phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction. Support colleagues in the technical field service within your expanded area of operation and manage the on-call duty to provide rapid assistance to clients. Requires a completed vocational training as an installation mechanic SHK, mechatronics specialist, or electrical engineer, along with a valid Category 1 refrigeration certificate. Annual compensation ranges from 42,680 to 67,376 EUR.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder Elektriker / Elektroinstallateur
- Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, z.B. in der Heiztechnik, Kältetechnik oder Klima- und Lüftungstechnik
- Im Besitz des Kältescheins Kategorie 1
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
