Job Summary
Plan, develop, and build material transport systems for factories, including conveyor belts and control technology. Move materials between production steps and transport products for storage or shipment. Automate production processes with a focus on corrugated paper and packaging industries, ensuring efficient movement of heavy paper webs. Perform planning, engineering, mounting, commissioning, and service maintenance for custom handling technology in large-scale installations. This role supports Dücker conveyor systems GmbH, a growing family company in Langenfeld, specializing in tailored handling technology for smooth operations in major facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker oder Energieelektroniker mit einer Spezialisierung in der Fachrichtung Anlagentechnik bzw. als Elektroniker mit dem Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von S7/TIA
- Erstellung von Visualisierungen mit WinCC flexible
- Kenntnisse in den Bussystemen Profibus/Profinet
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Siemens S5
- Erfahrung mit Visualisierungen in ProTool
- Kenntnisse in den Bussystemen ASi
- Verständnis und Erfahrung in Hydraulik und Pneumatik
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Kundendienst
- Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- bzw. Anlagenbau
- Erste praktische Erfahrung aus der Inbetriebnahme
