Services Support Worker – Norfolk - Sessional/Zero-hour

Job Summary

Provide one-to-one and group support to deaf and deafblind individuals in the Norfolk area, focusing on helping them develop skills for independent living. Deliver person-centred assistance using British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1, with Level 2 desirable, while offering additional training where required. Support colleagues with additional needs, including learning disabilities or mental health challenges, to achieve safe and fulfilled outcomes. This sessional role offers flexible hours for those seeking variable work, with no guarantee of days or hours based on charity needs. TeamRAD prioritizes colleague wellbeing and provides excellent development opportunities, with sessional staff potentially transitioning to permanent roles when vacancies arise.

Required Qualifications

  • Adequate Deafblind communication experience
  • Car owner/driver
  • British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1
