Job Summary
Conduct Turnkey installation and termination of electrical conduit, SS tubing, power/communication cabling, and hardware from customer XFMR cabinets to GE Monitoring and Diagnostic products. Perform troubleshooting and fault finding to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) level, managing installation projects while coordinating with customer contacts and internal GE Sales and Service teams. Liaise effectively with customers for job planning, execution, and follow-up, and act as a primary technical resource to lead engineering and product issue resolution. Provide installation and service direction on-site and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds across various equipment vintages and application types. Ensure all field work complies with applicable EHS regulations and accurate safety practices while delivering quality support for customer questions or concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 5 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance.)
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in the Services & On-Site Services.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable)
