Job Summary
Conduct Turnkey installation, termination, and repair of electrical conduit, cabling, and hardware from customer transformer cabinets to GE monitoring equipment. Perform PCB-level troubleshooting, fault finding, and rebuilds while coordinating with internal teams and customer contacts to manage project execution. Act as a primary technical resource providing direction to skilled labor, ensuring work meets quality standards and EHS compliance. Deliver quality onsite and remote service support, including accurate reporting and audit of quality control requirements for equipment of various vintages and sizes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 5 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in the Services & On-Site Services.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
