Job Summary
The Services Specialist serves as a liaison between University Records and School records offices, cross-trains on basic university records office functions, and coordinates training and process implementation with schools. May provide guidance to designated personnel. Requires an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and at least two years of office experience. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and effective English communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Minimum two years of office experience required
- Able to read; write legibly; speak English with professional quality; use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment
- Communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
- Think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision
- Distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation; see to read computer screens and documents
