Job Summary
Coordinate and support Site team (Resident Engineers and Local Staff) to deliver contractual obligations and facilitate outage activities; supervise application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance and engineering policies to ensure safety, availability and reliability; conduct contract reviews and plan/coordinate actions in response to Technical Information Letters; provide information on upgrades and design changes, coordinating Field Service and Repair Service activities to fulfill customer orders and optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of contract management experience with a global company
- outage execution experience with rotary machinery
- good interpersonal skills and inclusive working style
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to interface with all levels of internal organization and external customers
- ability to analyze and resolve problems
- demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- established project management skills
