Job Summary
Senior Services Sales Specialist role leading end-to-end services opportunities, combining consultative selling, solution design, and contract negotiations; accountable for pipeline creation, Total Contract Value, and handover to delivery; collaborates with account managers, solution architects, legal, finance, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to shape, develop, and close high-value services opportunities across pre-RFP and formal sales motions; requires experience selling IT services and managing multi-stakeholder deals, with a focus on workplace IT, end-user computing, and digital experience; 50% travel; preferred proximity to a major US airport in the mid-western US; on-target earnings range $162,000-$220,000 USD annually with salary/incentive mix; benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending, parental leave, holidays, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Typically 7-10 years of work experience in IT consulting, managed services, outsourcing sales, and/or IT services delivery
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and business case development skills
- Proven success leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder services deals
- Experience engaging senior decision makers and influencing outcomes at executive level
- Strong contract structuring, negotiation, and risk management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proximity to a major US airport in the mid-western US (preferred)
