Job Summary
Services Sales Solutions Architect Director leads pre-sales architecture for Salesforce Core/PSS and Data 360, scoping projects, sizing teams and timelines, and delivering prescriptive solutions across government and commercial customers. Acts as a technical advisor to Salesforce customers and internal teams, providing platform expertise, developing client-specific proposals, overseeing pre-sales solutioning and governance for large multi-cloud implementations, and aligning customer success with professional services roadmaps. Requires 5+ years in delivering/overseeing solutions, 10+ years in consulting/services, strong communication skills, executive presence, ability to travel up to 25%, and U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship. Travel and client advisory responsibilities, with a focus on delivering outcomes, renewals impact, and cross-team collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
- 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing applicable solutions.
- 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services through technical solutioning expertise.
- 2+ years of sizing and scoping applicable projects.
