Services Sales Manager

Job Summary
Plan and manage sales within ME&L region by coordinating service sales targets, managing Authorized Service Partners, and growing revenue and service gross profit. Drive retention and growth of existing accounts and promote services & products to partners and Global Strategic Accounts. Conduct periodic business reviews, ensure implementation of sales and distribution strategies in Strategic Account channels, coordinate sales and marketing activities, monitor the service sales budget and regional agreements, build relationships with the local business community, and ensure compliance with ITC certification programs.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3- or 5-years sales & account, partner management experience within Electric Electronic or Mechanical business
- Excellent command of English
- Full knowledge and experience of developing indirect business model, structure, and growth path
- Ability to maintain client database with accurate, up-to-date customer contact and account activity details, develop and update account sales forecasts
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to apply lateral thinking to develop multiple solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work across internal and external organizations
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines; ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
