Job Summary
Remote Services Project Coordinator role responsible for end-to-end oversight and support of installation projects. Manages customer and provider communications, ensures project scope alignment, schedules work within the SLA, coordinates product delivery, uploads compliance documents (Lead Safe Practices), and resolves post-project work order issues. Requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to change, and availability for night/weekend hours. 1-3 years of customer-facing experience; preferred Bachelor's degree. Fully remote with EST focus; location-based constraint: Wilkesboro, NC, USA. Pay range $17.73-$29.61/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer facing role
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 1 year Experience in project coordination OR experience in remodeling or construction industry
- 1 year Experience working in a Project Management function
- Experience in contact center environment
