Job Summary

Lead presales activities for Jeeves ERP, shaping the customer solution during the sales phase. Develop the functional and IT-side target application architecture, create implementation concepts and SOWs, collaborate with sales, solution architects, PMO, and CSS to mitigate project risks and enable a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Drive tender processing, offers, and joint design presentations with stakeholders (CAM, Partners) and ensure alignment with the Forterro portfolio to deliver deliverable service contracts. Maintain a holistic view of customer tasks across NSS and IBS and foster strategic partner relationships to close the sale.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of professional experience as a Jeeves ERP Lead or Presales Consultant, Project Manager, Solution Architect or as a Jeeves ERP Application Owner on the customer side
  • Strong communication skills, a high level of customer orientation and a structured solution-oriented way of working
  • Sales and services orientation as a balance between the need to conclude a contract vs. risk minimization
  • Understanding as a service provider in the company
