Services Operations Specialist- W2

Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients SLA. Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, manage RMAs with vendors, and handle back-orders/ETAs. Maintain accurate costing and inventory status, identify billing issues, and work with finance to resolve vendor problems. Develop product/vendor knowledge, communicate clearly with clients both verbally and in writing, and participate in warranty claims processes. This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination within the Sustainability department, vendor management, and precise data handling to support service operations.
