Job Summary
Role supports the services organization by managing billing accuracy, forecasting, utilization, backlog, and contract administration; collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Delivery to ensure data integrity and scalable processes in a technology services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field required.
- 5–8+ years of experience in services operations, business operations, or financial operations, ideally within a technology or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of professional services billing models (T&M, fixed-fee, retainers); utilization and capacity planning; services forecasting and financial reporting.
- Experience with PSA, ERP, and CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, ConnectWise).
- Advanced analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Process-oriented mindset with bias toward continuous improvement; ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
