Job Summary
Services Manager, Stores at Sephora Canada leads and oversees all in-store services, Beauty Studio operations, classes, events, staffing, training, and performance development to deliver an elevated client experience. Responsibilities include managing the Beauty Studio daily operations, ensuring coordination of Beauty Advisors and class schedules, leveraging technology for reservations, planning and staffing in-store events to drive client learning and sales, developing team capabilities through certifications, and providing timely feedback in performance matters. The role requires managing service-related areas (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance Studio as applicable), training and developing staff, and acting as Manager on Duty to engage with clients and staff on-stage. Skills and qualifications emphasize strong verbal/written communication, ability to influence business partners, team-building capabilities, and a track record of driving sales and exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
