Job Summary
Oversee THD At Home Services license compliance across geographic markets including Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay. Ensure service providers meet state/local licensure, permitting, and inspection requirements; perform jobsite quality audits; maintain and renew required trade licenses; act as primary decision-maker on customer-satisfaction matters up to $1,000 markdowns; engage with state/local officials and trade groups; conduct ad hoc data analyses to identify risk and drive process improvements; travel overnight >50% and lead a work group without direct hiring/disciplines authority;要求 ability to obtain contractor licenses and manage regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Must hold or be able pass exams to hold specified trade contractor licenses (e.g., General Contractor, Master Plumber, HVAC Contractor, Electrical Contractor)
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
