Job Summary
Lead store services on the sales floor at Sephora Toronto (ON-Fairview) focusing on executing Sephora’s selling model, providing outstanding client service, and ensuring the store meets objectives. Responsibilities include managing visual merchandising to Sephora standards, acting as Manager on Duty, understanding sales performance and opportunities, adjusting staffing to meet client expectations, participating in interviewing for the World team, championing Sephora values (Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, Initiative), and engaging employees to support store success.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role at a similar volume store
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- Strong client service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience participating in interviewing processes
