Job Summary
Services Engineer II responsible for supporting and administering Microsoft 365 security and collaboration workloads across multiple client tenants. Key duties include investigating and remediating endpoint security incidents, maintaining Defender posture, administering Defender for Office 365 policies, configuring Entra ID identity and access controls (including Conditional Access and MFA), supporting Entra Connect synchronization for hybrid environments, managing mail flow and Exchange Online diagnostics, and tuning Microsoft Teams governance and QoS. Requires hands-on experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview, and PowerShell scripting; ability to read diagnostic logs across tenants; familiarity with PSA/ITSM tools; strong communication and client-facing skills. Prefer 3+ years in M365 and MSP/client-facing experience; Microsoft certifications welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Hands-on experience across at least three of the five core workloads: Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration (Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, Intune modules)
