Services Engagement Manager - Development Cloud

Educate customers on Veeva's Professional Services methodology and value proposition to set appropriate expectations. Define and prescribe the best engagement model for clients by drafting RFx responses, proposals, and Statements of Work. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, strategy, and consulting to ensure optimal positioning and drive a high-volume pipeline. Provide thought leadership to internal teams and external executives without a direct reporting structure, utilizing diplomacy to navigate conflict. Manage end-to-end engagement design with a focus on operational excellence, data management, and stakeholder communication from Associates to C-Suite. This remote, full-time role requires 3+ years of software implementation experience and 10-15% travel availability.
