Job Summary
The Services Coordinator I facilitates onsite resident programs and support services, including education, wellness, and asset-building initiatives such as after-school and summer programs, ESL support, health workshops, food distribution, financial training, and rental assistance. Responsibilities include conducting outreach (door-to-door, phone, email), preparing and submitting documentation, providing crisis intervention per mandated reporting, supporting partnership goals, coordinating with local service providers, assisting with needs assessments and program follow-up, participating in property planning and resident engagement, delivering responsive customer service, maintaining records, and reporting per policies. The role requires collaboration with Property Management, participation in team meetings and trainings, and frequent use of technology tools (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, Microsoft Office). Bilingual ability is required or applied based on resident population; travel between properties is required. Work hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with some evenings, and occasional travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in community development, social services, or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
