Job Summary
Lead AI-enabled optimization of Philips Service Delivery processes. Develop and maintain an AI use-case roadmap across Service Delivery, Education and Project Management; identify automation opportunities; pilot cross-functional teams; ensure privacy, security, safety, and data governance throughout the AI lifecycle; define KPIs and monitoring for deployed AI solutions; drive continuous improvement. Emphasizes applying AI to improve uptime, learning outcomes, project delivery, and cost-to-serve, while aligning with Lean/Six Sigma and Agile approaches and operating under limited supervision. Office-based with in-person work at least 3 days per week; global health-technology company with a mission-driven focus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Services operations or process transformation
- 3+ years delivering AI-enabled solutions in service/field service, education/learning operations or project delivery
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
- Strong decision-making frameworks for evaluating AI vs alternatives
- Experience in AI use cases from discovery through implementation
- Knowledge of data governance and model lifecycle management
- Ability to translate AI and process concepts for non-technical audiences
- Lean/Six Sigma, design thinking and change management
