Job Summary
Provide office-wide support as a Services Assistant in the Perth office, including managing reception and meeting room bookings, concierge coverage (and screening calls), coordinating catering and client meetings, organizing couriers/hand deliveries, performing online legal searches, managing the library, filing/archiving, and general office administration with overflow secretarial support. The role requires 1–2 years’ experience in a legal or professional services firm, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team.
