Services Assistant

Assist customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations; help with questions and proactively offering help. Pick and select quality products on the shop floor for customers using the on-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels. Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising. Safely move and retrieve trolleys in the car parks. Work flexibly across the store as needed. Fully trainable in a variety of skills with opportunities to learn, develop, and try new things. Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technology to perform duties. Maintain attention to detail to keep the store clean and create the best shopping experience for customers.
