Services Assistant

Assist customers at checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks or petrol stations; support with questions and proactively offering help. Pick and select quality products on the shop floor for customers using on-demand grocery ordering and assist with Click & Collect. Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising. Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks. Work flexibly across the store as needed. You’ll be fully trained in a variety of skills to learn, develop, and try new things, and be comfortable using new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly. Maintain attention to detail and help keep the store clean and organized to create the best shopping experience for customers.
