Job Summary
Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations by answering questions and offering proactive assistance. Select high-quality products on the shop floor for the On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels. Build product knowledge to provide recommendations while managing complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising. Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks and maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment. Work flexibly across the store as needed, utilizing new digital tools to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
