Job Summary
Support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks by answering questions and offering proactive assistance. Select high-quality products on the shop floor for the On-demand grocery ordering service and manage Click & Collect parcel pickups. Build product knowledge to provide recommendations while handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising. Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks and maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment. Work flexibly across the store to a high standard, utilizing new digital tools and contributing to a team in a fast-paced, physical setting.
