Job Summary
Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations by answering questions and offering proactive assistance. Select high-quality products for the On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels. Build product knowledge to provide recommendations, handle complaints and refunds, and manage shelf tickets and advertising. Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks while maintaining a clean, clutter-free store environment. Work flexibly across the store as needed, utilizing new digital tools and contributing to a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
