Job Summary
Conduct customer service at checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks while assisting with Click & Collect parcels and petrol station queries. Select high-quality products for the On-demand grocery ordering service, manage complaints, refunds, and shelf tickets, and safely move trolleys in customer car parks. Maintain store cleanliness and product knowledge to provide recommendations, working flexibly across the store to support a high standard of service.
