Job Summary
Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations by answering questions and proactively offering assistance. Picking and selecting high-quality products for the On-demand grocery ordering service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels. Build comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations while managing complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising. Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks and maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment. Work flexibly across the store to a high standard while utilizing new digital tools and technology.
