Job Summary
Professional Services and Solutions Specialist focused on ValueLink and in-hospital logistics for Cardinal Health Canada. Based in Ontario, the role supports ValueLink (Just‐in‐Time) and Professional Services programs, conducts in-hospital assessments to identify workflow gaps, monitors program data and reports, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate program execution, resolves service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction, and applies supply chain best practices to optimize in-hospital logistics and program performance. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with logistics and inventory management, proficiency with Office, Salesforce and SAP, and willingness to travel daily within the region. Bilingual French and English is an asset; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of account management or healthcare logistics experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management concepts, logistics, and project management methodologies; knowledge of the healthcare network is an asset
- Analytical skills and ability to work with and leverage data to support customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP; experience with AI use and process adoption is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and takes initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities
- Good business acumen with ability to explain advanced concepts and produce presentations and written communications
- Daily travel within the region required
- Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset
