Services Account Representative

Job Summary
Serve as the main operational Services contact for assigned customers, coordinating service and maintenance activities, executing service agreements, and driving customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to scope and deliver maintenance events and technical solutions, monitor the services sales pipeline for upsell opportunities, support onboarding for digital tools, promote adoption of digital platforms, and monitor performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in services, operations, or commercial support roles
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
