Job Summary
Develop long-term customer relationships with building owners to strengthen existing accounts and provide total energy-efficient solutions. Facilitate discovery and qualify opportunities early, then act as a consultant to help customers buy by developing business cases, financial proforma, and validating outcomes through facility walkthroughs and construction plan reviews. Navigate challenging conversations to build trust while seeking new business leads within current clients to grow accounts and increase value. Schedule sales calls, manage business activities, and prioritize resources to proactively sell, renew, and expand service agreements at appropriate times. Solve product challenges creatively by gathering information, developing multiple solutions, and creating implementation plans that serve client needs. Work with sales teams to understand requirements and promote company products. Available for local travel and requires a valid driver's license with no major violations in the past three years.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of solution sales experience
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Desire to understand our business
- Passion to connect current and potential customers with service offerings designed to create efficient and sustainable buildings
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads
