Conduct first point of contact with customers, book service and repair appointments, and process follow-ups and invoicing. Order spare parts and assist technicians in the workshop by performing lighter repairs such as changing lamps, oil changes, and wheel rotations. Maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring effective and profitable workshop operations within a small, collaborative team. Requires a vehicle technical education or relevant experience, strong Swedish communication skills, a B license, and the ability to handle customer interactions in a flexible environment. Six-month probation period applies with individual salary setting.
