Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or graduation from a reputed institution
- Significant software development experience with proven ServiceNow architect/team lead responsibilities
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS–ITSM
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience leading teams of technologists and driving strategic initiatives
- Coaching and fostering an innovative, high-performance team culture
- Hiring, developing, mentoring, and recognizing talent
- Strong understanding of SDLC and ITIL practices
- Expertise in resource allocation and project planning to deliver within timelines
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data/security models, and application framework; strong integrations and authentication patterns
- Proficiency in performance optimization (scripts, indexing, queries, tuning), Performance Analytics (KPIs, reporting), and JavaScript/AngularJS for reusable, testable components
