Job Summary
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including gathering service data, managing service catalogs, and producing service reports. Design, build, test, and implement enhancements to optimize organizational efficiency while analyzing and correcting technical deficiencies in the software. Translate business requirements for stakeholders and develop comprehensive test plans to ensure upgrades are debugged and integrated smoothly. Assist with end-user training on service management processes and procedures. This onsite role in Jacksonville, FL requires 6 months of ServiceNow Admin experience and a college degree in IT or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months minimum ServiceNow Admin experience
- Admin Certification or working towards certification in the next 90 days
- Education equivalent to a college degree in Information Technology, Programming, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or the equivalent in related work experience
- This position works onsite at our Jacksonville, FL office
