ServiceNow Sr Tech Lead

Job Summary
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions across multiple agile squads. Provide technical oversight and guidance on integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce), design recommendations, upgrades, patches, and health checks to ensure platform stability and governance. Mentor and coach developers, stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, and drive platform enhancements to deliver business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow design, development, and delivery experience in a global environment
- Deep ServiceNow technical expertise across ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, integrations and portal
- Strong collaboration skills with leadership, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams and conduct code peer reviews
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular; experience with Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer and Platform Analytics
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripted REST APIs
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD or ITSM/HRSD specialist certifications preferred
- Experience with SAFe or other Agile methodologies
