Job Summary
ServiceNow Solution Architect at Sofigate in Stockholm, leading the design and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into platform solutions, lead solution architecture and platform design, gather and refine requirements with stakeholders, support long-term business value, work with project managers, developers, and customer teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, apply Agile methodologies and modern delivery approaches to demonstrate value early, and contribute to business development and knowledge sharing. Fluency in Swedish and English and legal eligibility to work in Sweden are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience working with ServiceNow or enterprise platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, or a strong technical background combined with the ambition to become a leading ServiceNow Architect.
- The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions that create measurable business value.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and modern ways of delivering digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- A passion for Business Technology and helping customers succeed through innovative platform solutions.
- An interest in contributing to Sofigate's continued growth through business development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
- Please note that fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
