Job Summary
Conduct workshops to articulate solution value and deliver consulting services for installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow products. Design cross-domain architectural solutions by evaluating business requirements from a technical standpoint, identifying dependencies, and establishing new architectural conventions. Lead strategic efforts including creating design documents, validating test plans with SMEs, and performing demonstrations. Provide technical guidance on custom integrations, application mapping, impact analysis, and probe configuration while delivering training to project teams and stakeholders. Requires 10+ years of experience in software delivery and ServiceNow expertise in SecOps, ITOM, or ITBM.
Required Qualifications

- 10+ Years of experience
- Architect Role not Developer Or Admin
- deep understanding of technical aspects of software development
- strong organizational and communication skills
- at least 20% focused on supporting Team Charlie (Asset and CMDB)-related strategy and technical leadership
- review of key use cases around ITSM, compliance, and asset management
- identification of specific solutions that can leverage the CMDB to support Georgia Tech requirements
- creating design documents
- validating test plans
- leading demonstrations and strategic efforts
- designing and overseeing validity of the architectural solutions
- developing cross-domain integration designs
- establishing new architectural conventions
- working with business analysts and customers to determine scope
- defining the technical strategy
- identifying internal and external technical dependencies
- evaluating business requirements from the technical standpoint
- gathering technical information from the customers and service providers
- providing technical training and presentations
- at least 10 years experience in software delivery
- expertise in at least two of the following areas: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, HAM
- good interpersonal skills
- strong communications skills in verbal, written, and public speaking
- at least 5 years of IT software consulting experience
- 3- 5 years experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products
- Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow
- Conduct workshops to articulate the value of the solution
- Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development
- Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer agreements
- Provide guidance in setting up and configuration of customized probes, sensors and patterns
- Provide guidance in setting up, configuring and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
- Provide guidance to perform application mapping
- strong understanding of the mapping process
- Ability to setup and configure impact analysis for what-if scenarios
- Ability to articulate a technology and business direction using ServiceNow
