Job Summary
ServiceNow Software Engineer at Ecolab delivering enterprise-grade configuration and customization on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM. Responsibilities include implementing fresh/greenfield solutions, establishing data models, workflows, and integrations, participating in technical design, code reviews, and end-to-end delivery, and mentoring junior developers. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, with strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with architects, functional leads, and client stakeholders. Certifications: CSA required; CIS in ITSM/CSM/HRSD/ITOM strongly preferred (multiple CIS certifications a plus).
