Job Summary
Senior Manager/Architect to lead ServiceNow FSO architecture and delivery for complex financial services solutions. Own end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes, payments, fraud, and regulated servicing use cases; drive solution architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance; provide hands-on leadership during design/build phases; manage client engagements and travel as needed (40-60%). Define technical architectures, guide delivery teams, ensure alignment with best practices, security, privacy, and compliance; mentor team members and collaborate with CMAs, other architects, developers, and QA. Requires a Bachelor's degree, ServiceNow CTA, CSM and FSO certifications, extensive hands-on ServiceNow development/architectural experience, and ability to travel. Expect hybrid/work across client engagements in a flexible environment with regional base salaries and total rewards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
- Suite Certification – FSO Insurance Professional
- Suite Certification – FSO Banking and Wealth Management Professional
- Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions
- Proven success leading technically complex implementations
- Experience with Financial Services workflows, disputes, or compliance-driven processes preferred
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
- Prior consulting experience
- Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization
- Experience leading teams and supervising others
- Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs
