Job Summary
Design, clone, and maintain highly interactive, reusable Service Portal widgets from scratch while translating wireframes and Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect pages using Bootstrap and CSS/SASS. Manage portal configurations including search sources, theme definitions, and menus, then write efficient client controllers in AngularJS and server scripts in JavaScript/GlideRecord. Implement advanced features like real-time data updates and dynamic forms via GlideAjax, ensuring all pages are fully responsive for mobile and tablet devices. Troubleshoot slow load times and rendering bottlenecks to optimize performance. Requires expert-level knowledge of the Service Portal framework, AngularJS, and REST APIs.
