Job Summary
Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including configuration and development within domain-separated instances. Develop business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies while supporting integrations with external systems. Participate in technical design discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Requires CSA certification and strong JavaScript skills. English proficiency mandatory; German helpful. Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes
- Experience with domain separated ServiceNow environments
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- CSA – mandatory
- English – professional working proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- CIS ITSM – recommended
- German – nice to have (project environment is German-speaking)
