Job Summary
Configuration and development of the Firm's ServiceNow ITSM tool within an agreed governance model to support a roadmap of self-service, automation and orchestration initiatives. Maintain core data integrity and taxonomy; translate process-owner requirements into live implementations; advise on changes to ensure other modules/systems are not detrimentally affected. Serve as an escalation point for ServiceNow admins, create and maintain technical documentation and training materials, and provide ad-hoc specialist training. Support change management, testing protocols, and the upgrade cycle; build and develop reports; manage workflow, data management, and integrations with 3rd party tools; collaborate with offshore and onshore teams and external resources; plan and execute regular BCP tests. Strong ServiceNow development capabilities, ITIL alignment, and experience across ITSM Pro, custom applications, and cross-functional integrations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Relevant ServiceNow development and implementation certificates
- Bachelor's degree
