Job Summary
Conduct ServiceNow ITSM development focusing on incident, problem, and change management modules including IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, and Automation Engine. Implement solutions from scratch with strong integration capabilities, manage Mid server installations, and maintain CMDB and Discovery knowledge. This remote role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience and is open to referrals for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of relevant experience on ServiceNow Development
- ITSM hands on experience
- Implementations from scratch
- good in Integrations

Desired Qualifications
