Job Summary
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) with a focus on Vulnerability Response (VR), leading end-to-end deployment of VR solutions. Develop and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, and SCCM using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. Customize applications via JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Orchestration while managing data import/export processes to ensure integrity. Support vulnerability lifecycle management by aligning workflows with industry best practices and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot integration and platform issues while optimizing performance and documenting technical procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering ServiceNow SecOps and VR modules
- Strong expertise in custom integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and data import/export processes
- Good understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and enterprise security tools
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
