Job Summary
ServiceNow Sales Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, leading a team of sales professionals, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, educating customers about products, pricing, and differentiators, building and maintaining client relationships to drive growth, analyzing market data for opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, introducing process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process, and participating in negotiations and deal closings. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, ServiceNow experience in business development, client-facing background, strong sales strategy and CRM skills, and bilingual in French and English. Hybrid work arrangement in Paris, France.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- Wide experience with ServiceNow (Business development activities)
- Client-facing business experience
- Proven track record in sales and sales enablement
- Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- French + English speaker
