Job Summary
Lead ServiceNow delivery coordination as the single point of contact for resourcing, scheduling, and escalation across enterprise-scale implementations. Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and geographies while executing Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and capacity planning. Handle risks and issues, resolve conflicts, and coordinate onboarding for new team members to ensure smooth project execution. Report on SLA adherence and team utilization using ServiceNow PPM and PMO tools. This contract role offers exposure to complex digital transformation projects within a collaborative Warsaw hub environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of project management experience
- Proven experience in ServiceNow project delivery, scoping and coordination
- Strong understanding of risk and issue management practices
- Demonstrated Agile delivery execution experience
- Experience with capacity planning, sprint management and backlog prioritisation
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and organisations
- Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve conflicts effectively
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA certification (preferred)
