ServiceNow Program Manager

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for Technology Transformation Services to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires solid experience and understanding of the ServiceNow Platform, including hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow software development and configuration. The position involves assembling project plans, directing daily work efforts, identifying resource needs, and performing quality reviews.
